Cleaning windows? I don't think so- to tell the truth I've absolutely no idea what they're doing a third of the way up a 100 metre tower.

Neither do I have any idea as to the possible purpose of those arbitrary blades of glass sticking out at a right angle from the building.

Could they possibly serve as anything other than to boost the overblown ego of an architect with a poverty of imagination & too much money to waste?
