Travelling in style

Up early this morning to head down to Heathrow for out flight. Left a confused Kilda with J’s parents. Hopefully she will settle down OK while we are away as this will be the first time she has ever been away from both of us. Journey down was OK and we checked in and dropped the bags off with no issues. It was at security that J remembered she had left she iPad in the car. Not sure if it will be there when we get back. Headed into the lounge to get some lunch. Met up with holiday mum and dad after doing some shopping. Good to see them again. Left them to go back to the lounge for a while. Quickly onto the plane as we were travelling business. Got out seats and a glass of bubble to start the holiday off. The second glass of bubble was delivered but the air stewardess managed to spill it all over me instead. She was mortified but no harm done. Managed to get a free set of first class pyjamas to wear for the entire flight and an endless supply of bubbles. Got a bit of sleep but still arrived in San Diego knackered. Cab to the hotel and checked in. Headed out for a look around San Diego and a bit of food before going to bed.
