New One On Me

I went to the Hand Clinic today and left with what I hope will prove to be helpful hand and wrist aids and a pot of Therapy Putty with which to do grip strengthening exercises. Had not known such a thing existed - in increasing strengths as well. I have been give the gentlest with which to start.
Hope it all works quickly as the next Needlepoint kit arrived today...
