blackcurrants

For once we went on holiday and came back to fruitbushes that hadnt been stripped by blackbirds!

But why or why wont they all ripen at the same time. Managed to get a small punnet of ripe blackcurrants....with tons left on the bushes. So they've been frozen until there are enough to make something with :)
