Lochrin Basin

Had an early morning meeting at a block of flats in the Lochrin area and the customer 'forgot'!

I caught up with mails at the nearby cafe Loudens whilst he hastily made his way through.

I then worked out the local office back in Livingston before planned evening of swimming with L, weights session and a body balance class.
