Flat no more

Torran is expected tomorrow with his mum.  In preparation, it was time to assemble the flat pack high chair.  One of the lessons in life which I am happy to pass on is 'read the instructions before proceeding'.

I haven't always done that.  At one time, I regarded instructions as something to be called upon in emergency.  On occasion I drilled new holes in wood in the certain understanding that something had gone wrong during the manufacturing process and I was happy to put it right.  However, it seemed to be every flat pack job turned out to be an emergency and I decided to change approach.  No emergencies and no re-drilling since.

The teddy bear is testing and it looks good for tomorrow.
