Paint drips

I have noticed over the past few days next door have been painting their fence, not the best colour. This morning as I opened the blind I saw the mess that was happening on my side. I shouted out of the window and invited her to come and have a look. She had no idea about the mess and said she would clean it off but I think that is going to make it worse. It will fade with time I'm sure. I hate painting and I'm not going to do my fence!!! I'm glad I've got some plants with colour that slightly obscure the paint drips.
