Harbour Bell.

I tried Googling to find out what this bell was used for but found nothing.

Was it to alert the fishermen's wives that their husbands were coming home?
Was it to summon help in the event of a disaster occurring?
Was it a hazard warning during the many thick haars that this part of the coast is prone to?

Who knows.
