Not one, not two ......

...... but FIVE cormorants sitting in a Midland tree!

Lovely walk with Flame this afternoon to relax after the chaos of the last few days. Saw two cormorants on a pontoon in the lake, tried to take their picture but focus not good. Then they flew off and I thought that was the end of them. Round the other side I spotted three (I thought) sitting in this tree - it was only when I put the picture up on the computer that I realised there were more!

Also saw a couple of herons and various ducks, coots, grebes, etc.
