Do you pay by the foot to park it?

This is a Ford Ranchero (apparently) seen in Chepstow where we were out shopping. It was displaying a Blue Badge and I think he was lucky to find a disabled bay long enough to accommodate it in Chepstow.

In fact let's face it - he was lucky to find ANYWHERE that he could park it in Chepstow.
