Deficit

Having had limited fluids this morning prior to the tilt table test, I have been suffering from a significant tea deficit all day.

The test was surprisingly unpleasant. However, it did demonstrate that my blood pressure is as temperamental as me and is prone to dropping rapidly. So, it's not my imagination! Now I will have to wait until my consultant writes to me for next steps.

Felt really off colour for a few hours afterwards and was grateful that Corin came with me as I was definitely not fit to drive afterwards.

Now watching Narcos on Netflix, with my feet up!
