Result of a project planning session. Frustrating that I didn't have all the answers needed but detailed background from project level is sometimes almost impossible to gather given culturally very different approaches to logic and fact. I don't see it changing any time soon but with the aid and development sector being very Euro and North America centric projects worldwide are forced to conform to donors' rules, and sometimes it would make sense for project design to be less prescriptive.
