Lovely day

In April I forwarded the other half a Groupon deal for afternoon tea and spa access at the Hilton Puckrup Hall. He bought it for us as a treat.

It's never that easy though is it? It expires this Sunday and it's been mission impossible to work out childcare so we could actually use it. We did use it today though and it was lovely!!

We bobbed about in the pool, sweated in the steam room, got bubbled in the spa bath, drank prosecco on the terrace, drank tea in the dining room and ate sandwiches and cake.
And talked about nothing, without being interrupted by small people every 10 seconds.
It was bliss!
