Full on organization now. I went to pick up the red wine, which hasn't arrived. Arrrrrah They promise us that it will be there Saturday. We have a wonderful team of friends helping in the kitchen, we invited the "team leader" to test what they are making and we tested the white wine. The first bottle was delicious so we tested a second.
