nearly there! part 3

6,600 is a whole BIG number when it comes to hand rolling each & every single truffle..

here they are in all their resplendent glory..
we have finished filling the truffles now & are
just over half way there now with the rolling in chocolate..

all thats left after that is Amy to work her magic and pack the 660 boxes
label them ribbon them date stamp them and were done!!!
