Peeping inside the cab

Nothing in the pipeline today as Richard was busy repairing the pointing to our front wall. Hopefully the lime mortar will do the trick.

Had fun with middle son Matthew who decided to make a Victoria Sandwich cake. What is it about men and cooking that they seem incapable of tidying up as they go? Still the results looked impressive and the kitchen is now back to normal.

Popped out to see what I could find. Concerned railway officials wanted to know if I planned to catch the train. However I managed to avoid being assisted on to a train to Grosmont! It was good to bump into another blipper Lawrence A1 on the platform also seeking a blip. I didn't have very long to try and find a photo before the train headed out of the station. 

Then home to see how the happy pointer was getting on. The extra is of the market place in the sunshine as I tottered back home up the hill.
