Langthwaite Woods
For our final day at LPH we did another half and half session, the morning on Photoshop and SilverEfex and then the afternoon in Langthwaite Woods, at the bottom end of Crummock Water. I decided to concentrate my efforts on infra red photography as broad leaf woodlands make an excellent subject for IR and hence my blip.
Prior tp breakfast a group us had gone out to Latrigg Hill at dawn which overlooks the top end of Derwentwater and the whole of Bassenthwaite. Unfortunately there was a fair amount of rain and mist about and not just the low lying mist over the lakes. To the naked eye it was quite interesting but it is difficult to capture this accurately photographically
