Excellent service.

Very impressed today with the customer service from the crew of the Ullin of Staffa (Staffa tours), covering the run of Mv Loch Nevis at the moment.
Started before we got on the ferry with the crew carrying our box down to the boat, then helping carry more luggage.
They ensured the luggage was kept dry & kept checking it was still covered.
On board, Katie felt unwell and needed to sit outside, the crew dried One of the benches, brought her an extra coat and a hat.
