Helm Crag.........Done!!

One of the highlights of our week down in the lakes is the "Wee Wander" up one of the many hills that are located in this beautiful part of the world.

Last year we tackled England's biggest, Scafell Pike. This year we headed to Grasmere and head up a slightly smaller one, Helm Crag, affectionalty know as "The Lion and the Lamb".

Once at the top, we decided that we would head along the ridge for a few miles and them drop to the valley floor and continue back to our starting point in Grasmere.

Nearing the end of the walk, Jonathan is still "full of beans!! Not sure the same can be said for his Mum!!
