Late Rose

It maybe officially autumn, but the garden still has plenty going on in it and it was a beautifully warm and sunny day today.

Carys walked most of the way to school on her own this morning, which left me with an odd feeling in my stomach. She had to be at school for 07.45 as they were off to the Royal Mews and Buckingham Palace. They got back at 16.30 and she looked exhausted. She was so tired she could hardly speak and decided not to go to Brownies!

Will had a good day at school, did his violin before school which meant he had a bumper amount of TV after he had read his reading books. I don't mind really as they have no TV at all Mon-Thurs.
