Sushi time

School holidays can be challenging times.

How to keep children gainfully occupied whilst ensuring that you still have a job at the end of it is a perpetual challenge, now exacerbated by being a single mum.

I am so lucky that I can work from home, and that these guys can provide some of their own entertainment.
After an industrious and messy afternoon, these plates of sushi appeared for dinner.
