As old as Mathuselah

Well not quite, but this Rhododendron tree is pretty old and flowers beautifully from spring and during summer. Went for a 7k run this morning with a small group from the Harrier Club. This afternoon Mark and I went out and did a verification on the Lovelock Memorial Course  for tomorrow's 5k/10k fun run and walk and the newly introduced Half Marathon another 10k total for the day 17km so it may end up being a case of wake up turn the telly or computer off and go to bed.

Daylight Saving starts tonight in New Zealand so please make sure you change the Batteries on your Smoke Alarms and test them. Put the Clock forward 1 hour.
