Black Darter

Had to go with a dragon today, because it is just about the end of their season! Last year, they had finished by September. You can see it is a mature specimen by it's colour. When young , they are yellow.
A great walking day again! Weather forecast was dire, but did not happen.
Went to the museum first thing, then played truant and went for a walk till the afternoon when I returned.
