Consultation

We went along to a public exhibition at the local lower school today. They are planning a mixed use scheme for Sandy, including houses, open space and allotments, with provision for a community hub incorporating a family pub/restaurant, care home, assisted living new homes and a new school. Probably about 1300 houses!!!
Very nice chaps, very knowledgeable, and fairly confident it will get the go ahead.

That's my dog walking field out of bounds then :(

On the positive side, they are planning a dog walking route and paths through and round the development :)

Personally I'm all for it, I know a lot are concerned about the demands on the existing infrastructure.

The local school looked very pleasant and the outside space nicely landscaped.
