South Lakes Wild Animal Park

We got the tent packed up this morning and a little sad to be leaving as the weather is still so great.

On the way home, we made a detour to the South Lakes Wild Animal Park.. It was so hot and busy! I'd never been before but Lewis had been here on a school trip previously and kept going on about how brilliant the lemurs are. The place is fantastic. You can get so close to the animals and they are all in good environments...and, yes, the lemurs are brilliant!!

There were three little monkeys who stole a packet of crisps from some poor toddler in a pram. They were in their element and this is one of them seeing if Rowan had anything tasty.
