Clouds #2

After Clouds #1 yesterday, I decided to follow on with another cloudy shot in B&W. It's an effect I've not used much of and I quite like what it does to the contrast in these shots.

The sky is pretty amazing at the moment. Lots of stormy skies hanging overhead but with very little rain. It's hot and a bit humid.

In news today:

Cousteau's training regime has started. He's hungry and tired tonight but will thank me for it when he's all sleek again.

I've put up a very small Christmas tree. This might not seem like breaking news, but it's the first Christmas tree I've had in my house since I left home at 18 (quite a few years ago). I'm quietly pleased with it and can't wait for it to get dark so that I can put the lights on! Saddo that I am.

I had an audition today for a Gospel choir. It's a non-religious Gospel choir, whatever that means. They were impressed with my voice and I need to meet the rest of the choir and hear them sing to see if we're a match. I guess I'll find out if they want me some time ...

Anyway, beach walk, feed Cousteau, feed ourselves.
