Whimsically Wonderful

It was Festival of Flowers love and laughter with the whimsically wonderful floral designers Dennis Kneepkens and Mick Stubbe (squeezing me in the photo) and all the other gorgeous designers Hans Haverkamp, Neil Whittaker, Sophie Rumble, Amy Curtis to name just a few of these hugely talented artistes on the Leeds Castle VIP launch night.

An afternoon of specialist talks, garden tours and frantic filming, photoshoots and media interviews made for a busy but brilliant day. I worked with a super slick team of colleagues and media to make it all happen as we dashed about against a tight schedule.

To top off the evening our very own florist Louise Roots was awarded Joe Swift's Winner for her Royal Banquet creation! VIP guests had a fabulous time viewing the flowers adorning the Castle rooms while sipping Hush Heath wine. I managed one sip of my colleague's glass, tripod watch took precedence as always! Whoever said working in media was glamorous?!!
