En plein air

Joel and I attended a really good plein air painting event this afternoon in Converse, Indiana (pop. 1148). Charming old town, talented painters. This was definitely my favorite entry and didn't even win a prize. Of course, as you might expect, paintings that sold were sometimes not to my liking at all, but definitely were to someone else's!! That's lucky for the artists! If I practice enough, I might enter next year.
