Diverse Saturday...

It's been a varied Saturday. Abbie set off early from Berchem station for the Scouting 'overgangstocht' - where everyone who is moving up in age range group is 'thrown' over the wall. They also get to know who are the new leaders. Abbie came back a 'verkenner' - the penultimate age group before leaders. Bert did lots of jobs around the house, pruning, making 'stoofvlees' - beef stew the Flemish way, a visit to Ikea for a new dining table for Goedereede. We also had a look at the Antwerp City Drops festival - skating, slack lining, BMX, mountain bikes, etc. Pippa ha a great day hunting Pokemons, first with Eva and after swim training and at a party we visited in Bar Cargo with Boris.
