Solway sunset

Wanted a sunset blip for today so went to Mawbray armed with tripod, camera, dogs etc. I took lots and lots of photos of the sun going down near Criffel but was quite disappointed with a lot of them. Probably not paying enough attention to what I was doing! I hung around for a long time after the sun had disappeared to capture the beautiful ever changing colours. It was bliss and the only noise to be heard was from a variety of birds. I had a visiting dog with me who had great fun running around in the water like a dog possessed which was so funny to watch.

Poor Bonnie is still sore under her chin and I'm really hoping that tomorrow will see some improvement, fingers crossed!
