Trip to Washington

that's T & W not DC. I stayed over with Peter and Joan his girlfriend who recently moved there from Monkseaton.l met Peter on my trip to Australia in 2002 when someone told me there was another Geordie in the group. On my return l joined his walking group which is where he met Joan. I caught the Metro yesterday and changed to the bus where the driver just happened to have a beard ;-);-);-) He was a really happy chappie.On the Metro home today there was 2 guys sporting super beards. I finally plucked up courage to ask if l could Blip them and they refused.I am still SO embarrassed:( :( :(
