Oro!

Colombia won their second Olympic Gold in history today. A really special moment and I am so happy for Mariana Pajon and her compatriots (which obviously include my very own Mrs Spoon!).

Mariana won in the BMXing. Its fantastic! Very exciting and fast, really good stuff to watch. I'd be tempted to go and see a competition...

In other news we went for a sauna, lush!, and saw a documentery about the Chinese activist and artist Ai Weiwei - it was very interesting. A brave man standing up against tyranny.
