Azerbaijan

Phil thought he would test me this week and chose Azerbaijan for my recipe challenge!
I managed it. I found a lamb dumpling recipe. It was a bit tricky and I think my pastry was a bit thick but they held together and tasted OK so I am quite pleased with my effort.
I hope he is a bit kinder with his choice this week.
