8:30am and sorting out some cables to give to my Dad.

Mum and Dad got a new TV this week. Dad had given me a pile of unused cables a few weeks back and it was discovered that some of them would be helpful in the new set up.

Had hoped to do my longest *ever* run today, but went out too fast and ended up doing a little over 10k. Did manage to smash my 5k record though.

The weeWeir had her first experience of The Singing Kettle today too. She loved it.

It's funny how moments like this pass almost as quickly as the technology we use.
