Slice of marionberry pie, anyone?  It's really good, from the neighborhood bakery.  

Oiled the decking on the front porch today.  The prep is what takes the most time; cleaning took a couple days and happened earlier in the week. A couple hours this morning taping everything up before spending what seemed like no time at all applying the oil, maybe because that's the fun part.  Now a day for it to dry and I can see if it needs more.  A satisfying job but a workout.  The weather is definitely in my favor, 83ºF/28ºC.

I earned my slice of pie.  :-)


The shadow of the pie crust looks like Bart Simpson's head.
