I had one of those "spoiled for choice"evenings , id not go out until the Golden hour , took in Cullen where I watched the Dolphins play , the Bow Fiddle rock and took in the sights and fishy smell of the sea-bird colony then watched the sun go down at Portnockie. I finished off at Portgordon. watching wildlife mainly seals but some nice people shots as well. Oh and I got the vintage tripod at the auction, an old 'MPP 'wood and alloy thing , a piece of real craftsmanship. Looked at similar on the web and for less than a tenner I think its a bargain. It feels steadier than my modern tripod although not as portable.
Have started a leave period though I will have to go back in for a couple of meetings, it still feels good to be off.
I have cheated ever so slightly in this pic, one of the creatures is an experiment in PS layers, and I am curious to see if other s can tell, it does not look obvious to me. Any way have a great weekend and again thanks for all the comments I have tried to get around to comment but have been very busy this week.
