Thanks to channel 4 we've also discovered we've been taking Sam and Tess to not only the best place in Scotland every year, but the site of one of the world's biggest meteor strikes; and here's me thinking the rugged Coastal beauty and racy sounding moin thrust were geologically fantastical enough for Assynt's Clachtoll beach and Stoer bay, now we've got the detritus of a 3km wide meteor impact to figure into the mix.
