This is the Entrance to the Arowhenua Pa the Memorial Arch or Ratana Arch has the Names of Maori Soldiers who died in the Wars. The Ratana Arch is made of Oamaru Sand Stone and has intricately carved Symbolic Patterns and the Emblem of the Ratana Church.  Ratana Arch
