Cultural is ingeborg's theme for MonoMonday this week.

The first thing I thought of was the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre at Katoomba, located above Coles where I was shopping this morning.

It houses the library, coffee shop, gift shop, Information on the Blue Mountains and various exhibitions.
