It's a Hard Life, Running

I had hoped to post a macro photo of a spider doing its thing, but the shots weren't good enough.

So it has to be another photo of Basil, resting after a mad run on Nanpantan Sports Ground.

We all went into Loughborough. I was fed up with wok and frying pan both having their non stick surfaces scoured off. T K Maxx it was then, where I bought cast iron pans with enamel surfaces. Len did read the TLC directions before cleaning the wok after last night's dinner.

Len did a trawl of Tesco.

We stopped at the sports ground on the way home. I felt tired after Saturday's exertions. Singing does take it out of you.
