A very pleasant day

22 mile run at 6am.
Ice bath at 9:15am.
Gorgeous breakfast prepared by hubby at 10am.
Local market with mother-in-law and kids at 11am.
Bois de le Cambre to meet visiting friends and their baby.
Ice creams all round.
Roller skating and scooting.
Playground and walk.
Drop mother-in-law at station.
Afternoon family movie.

A really lovely Sunday.
