Surrey woods

We are so lucky in Surrey that so much land has public access. This area is new to me although I have passed the entrance to the car park many times. The trees are not yet turning, but underneath, some of the bracken is going brown, giving the scene an autumnal touch.
After my walk in the woods I visited a favourite farm shop and bought some lamb and mint sausages for tea.
