Buttery

A morning visiting Andy's mum.  Andy and I wanted to go into the new M&S to try to find her an outfit to wear to our wedding.  We were successful!  The outfit was dropped off with some instructions to remember to try it on tomorrow morning.  An afternoon of gardening, putting up a security light in the back garden and a quick trip to the allotment before dinner.  We gathered in the last of the blackberries to stew with some apples, plus a few courgettes and six patty pan squash.  The courgettes are definately slowing down now.  The butternut squash are ripening...something to look forward to eating later in the autumn.
