My husband Max took this photo of our 16 year old son today, as you can see he's been working out! The change from podgy schoolboy to fit young man at college with a girlfriend seems to have happened almost overnight!

Sue L7 came for coffee and brought us a jug back little hand painted jug back from South Africa.

I went for a walk in the park with Emma and dog Belle and our friends dog Ruby.

Worked on the Gravity performance, paperwork etc....

Max had a photo shoot here in the afternoon with Rene Campbell and another body builder.
