Street Art Gold

London's Southbank on the River Thames is seeing an urban movement in street art honouring the TeamGB winners of Gold medals.

The Southbank area of London is popular with young people and has been transformed into a skate park whose walls are layered with spectacular graffiti. Massive tags, geometric abstracts, and socially conscious murals come together to create an authorless masterpiece.

Recently, and in honour of the TeamGB Olympics Gold Medal success, street artists have been drawing images of the winners of Olympic Gold from Britain like the sailor Ben Ainslie and 10,000m medalist Mo Farah shown here.
