Humpty Dumpty

I spotted this tiny Humpty Dumpty under a restaurant's shop window. I think it is not the nicest or happiest Humpty I have ever seen and couldn't imagine why a restaurant would greet their customers with such a face.
It was very tiny and probably people would hardly notice it as it is a very narrow pavement and most would be looking in the window or reading the menu.
My extra shows it as I took it with the window just above it and not far off the pavement level.
