Spring has Sprung

We couldn't believe the change in the Blue Mountains when we drove home on Saturday.  Spring has definitely sprung and this magnificent flowering cherry is just one of the spectacular displays in Blackheath at the moment.

I don't want to make you envious, but I'm going to tell you anyway.  Tomorrow CCN and I will drive across to the Mt Tomah Botanic Gardens to view the "Wild about Waratah Festival".  It's always spectacular and I just can't wait.  Waratah's are one of the most amazing flowers and I know we won't be disappointed with the display tomorrow.
