Newtown

We have achieved a lot today!

The morning was spent sorting admin tasks. Relocating to the other side of the world means tasks to be ticked off!
1. Medicare ✅
2. Tax file number ✅
3. Bank Account ✅
A few more jobs to be done but not bad for day two!

Our visits to several government buildings took us into the city for the first time. We survived! We found our way around and having come from London made that task a little easier as the transport systems seem quite similar.

Once the jobs had been done we headed for a drink at the Newtown Hotel and got to grips with the difference between 'pints' and 'schooners'.
