'Extra Special Time'

Big day today, went up to Wallan to visit Nana Mac for her 96th birthday, as usual there were lots of people at the house, aunts, uncles, cousins and our crew.

Nan said she had been up since 7am baking her great scones that are always layed on in abbundance. Plenty of cakes and cups of tea to go with them too.

Her doctor had told her she had a good strong heart, perfect blood pressure and couldn't see any reasons she woudn't be around to see in 100 years. Might even get a letter from the Queen! (She did say that she was hoping for a cheque from the Queen instead, hasn't lost her sense of humour).

The kids have been allowed to stay up a little bit later tonight and watch a couple of episodes of Noddy (the original series) on youtube before bedtime. This is when this shot was taken before heading off to their own land of Nod.
