Manic day at work, a run in my lunchtime, teenager to pick up from work and KK to take back and too to football. Not much time for anything today.

Now I must get packed as I'm leaving at 6am tomorrow and heading for Inverness for a couple of days. Little time to blip so if I don't see you I'll catch up on my return
